The ph79 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR's age restriction for online gambling in the Philippines. ph79 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

If ph79 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, ph79 will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data, and forfeit any associated balances in accordance with ph79's Terms and Conditions. If you believe that ph79 may have inadvertently collected data from an underage individual, please contact ph79's DPO immediately.

ph79's primary data processing operations are conducted within the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers operating regional data centers in Asia.
