These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph79 ("ph79," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph79 online gaming platform available at ph79.app. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering an account or using any ph79 services.
By creating a ph79 account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the ph79 platform.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register a ph79 Account and use the Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ph79 reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ph79 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ph79 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ph79 Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph79 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with them.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
2.5 KYC Verification. ph79 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph79 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify ph79 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ph79 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 Account Responsibility. All activity conducted through your ph79 Account — including all wagers placed and all transactions initiated — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. ph79 is entitled to treat all instructions received through your Account as having been authorized by you.
3.4 Security Measures. ph79 employs 256-bit SSL encryption, real-time fraud monitoring, and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your Account. You are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA and to use a unique, strong password for your ph79 Account.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph79 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the ph79 Platform at the time of the transaction and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and AML checks. ph79 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, which vary by payment method. ph79 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification procedures.
4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. ph79 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a Player. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
4.5 No Cryptocurrency. ph79 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. This includes but is not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital currency. Any attempt to deposit via cryptocurrency will be rejected.
5.1 General. ph79 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. ph79 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if ph79 reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
6.1 Finality of Bets. Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the ph79 Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. ph79 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
6.2 Game Rules. Each game available on the ph79 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, ph79 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. ph79 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to Players where a fair resolution cannot otherwise be determined. The decision of ph79 in such matters is final.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. ph79 may impose maximum payout limits per bet, per game, or per day. These limits are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. ph79 reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings that exceed published limits.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph79 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the ph79 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of ph79 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. ph79 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph79 content.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not use the ph79 name, logo, or any other ph79 trademark or branding in any manner without the prior written consent of ph79.
9.1 No Warranty. The ph79 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph79 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph79's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph79 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Exclusions. ph79 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if ph79 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.4 Force Majeure. ph79 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
10.1 Privacy Policy. ph79's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the ph79 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 Philippine Data Privacy Act. ph79 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data is collected and processed only for legitimate purposes related to the operation of the ph79 Platform and in accordance with applicable law.
10.3 Data Sharing. ph79 may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law, and with third-party service providers engaged to support Platform operations, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.
11.1 Commitment. ph79 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential harms associated with problem gambling. ph79 complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines and provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity.
11.2 Available Tools. All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools can be activated directly from your Account dashboard.
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked and deposits will be disabled. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12.1 ph79's Right to Suspend. ph79 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph79 reasonably determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) you have provided false information during registration or KYC; or (d) ph79 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of termination (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML verification requirements.
12.3 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your ph79 Account at any time by contacting ph79 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.
13.1 Right to Amend. ph79 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the ph79 Platform. ph79 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of material changes via the Platform or by email to your registered address.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the ph79 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Regulatory Oversight. ph79 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Any complaints relating to ph79's compliance with its regulatory obligations may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
14.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and ph79 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
